When the Outer Southlands fell in the last age, the guards fled. The story goes that no one remained to release the prisoners from Kraton’s Jail.
2018 Wrap Up and Looking Forward
2018 has been an exciting year for dicegeeks.
I was able to write and publish more books than ever before while working a full-time job, having a new baby, and still being able to run games.
The adventure seeds book is still in the works, plus I'm working on a book of GM advice.
It's just an outpouring of some of my thoughts about running games. I had never really thought about writing a book like this, but I'm finding I have some strong opinions on game mastering.
2019...
2019 is looking to be filled with new challenges. I'll be letting you know more in the coming weeks about some things that I am planning.
I'm still experimenting and trying new things, but be on the lookout for more free RPG content as well as more books. More random tables are coming too!
Well, I bought it...
Last week I said I had an eye on the John Carter of Mars RPG. Well, I bought it.
One member of my gaming group said they were interested, so I took the plunge. I haven't had much time to look it over yet, but what I've seen is really cool.
Here are a few other games I have been eying:
Cyberpunk 2020 - The hype around Cyberpunk 2077 (the tabletop and the video game) has made me curious about this. Plus the only cyberpunk I've done was a bit of Shadowrun back in the day.
Wayfinder's Guide to Eberron (5e) - This setting has always interested me, but I have yet to play in it.
Mage: The Ascension 20th Anniversary Edition - I've heard good things about this game. I would love to read it.
Keep Gaming!
