Beowulf, the epic poem, is fertile ground for fantasy RPG game masters—a creature that returns night after night to plague a king, the ripping off of a monstrous hand, the creature’s mother who seeks revenge, and a dragon so powerful the hero dies slaying it.
Books:
Beowulf: A Translation and Commentary - Absolutely. Awesome.
RPG:
Beowulf: Age of Heroes (5e) - I hadn’t heard of these before. It’s a huge line of supplements all on DriveThruRPG to give your D&D games the feel of Beowulf.

Movies:
Beowulf (1999) - Mad Max meets Beowulf! I went back and forth on whether or not I should admit I've seen this. Yes, I rented it back in the day. It's terrible, I think—I don't remember anything about it.
Beowulf and Grendel (2005) - I haven’t seen this, but it appears to depart from the source material.
Beowulf (2007) - An insane trip of a weird movie.
Documentaries and Lectures:
Amazon is Cutting Royalty Rates
The change is officially coming in June: Amazon is cutting royalties for printed titles priced under $9.99. Prepare yourself—many books will be increasing in price.
Most of my random tables will be unaffected, as I already had to raise their prices. However, my fiction titles will be affected, since those are usually priced under $9.99.

The Screening Room
Dungeon Masters can draw inspiration from movies to create better, more engaging sessions.
30 years ago, ‘Hackers’ and ‘The Net’ predicted the possibilities—and horrors—of internet life - Fascinating article, and I can’t believe I saw both of these movies in the theater 30 years ago.

‘Godzilla x Kong’ Sequel Gets New Title and Teaser as It Starts Production - I haven’t kept up with these movies. It’s wild to me that they’re still making them.
‘Crimson Tide’: THR’s 1995 Review - Speaking of 30-year-old movies, I saw this in the theater as well. It blew my mind.
